XV: Popular Culture Mixtape.

I’ll be honest, I was initially attracted to XV’s Popular Culture mixtape due his crafty mixtape cover. I’m serious. Any album cover filled with characters from Hulk to Beavis & Butt-head, should make for an interesting listen on the ipod. With a similar sound to Cyhi da Prince, backed by Star Wars like melodies, Popular Culture deserves a few replays. Trust me. Definately some cleaver wordplay, Even Joey was like “whoa” and I was starting to Blossom. Starting his music career at age 15 (hence the XV stage name), he has 12 mixtapes to his credit. Not shabby for a new-bee.
